Altoona - Chris Dandella of the Blair County Humane Society won a week free stay at the Exotic Caye Beach Resort in Belize at the Friday night reception held by Nittany Media to celebrate the purchase of InteliNET, a local web design and development company. The Playador Hotel is owned by INTELImaxx customer, Michael Cobb and can be seen at www.belizeisfun.com.
The Condo and suite resort are located in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize. Belize is best known for it's diving. Divers from all over the world go to Belize for the barrier reef that runs parallel to the country for over 190 miles. Owners Harry and Anna Hain gave the reception to the community and local customers to show their appreciation for customer loyalty and support from the community during the recent transition. The Hains welcomed guests and spoke about technology and their vision of the future. Customer service is ranked very high in the Hain's eyes and every effort to ensure a smooth transition of the companies has been implemented.
The reception was held at Laurel Lodge at the Hemlock Estates in Duncansville. Music was provided by Harpist, Nancy Obrien-Abramson of State College. Ms. Obrien-Abramson teaches music at Penn State University Main Campus. Other prize winners at the reception included: Steve St. Martin, owner of Le Chef - 2 tickets to Penn State Game; Julie Pheasant - 2 tickets to the Altoona Symphony and Marsha Ammerman Nee of Toftrees Resort - 2 tickets to the Altoona Symphony.
